KINDERMORGAN RUNS INTO STUMBLING BLOCK COURTESY OF THE NEW BC NDP GOVERNMENT
KinderMorgan just ran into a big stumbling block when it comes to the Trans-Mountain pipeline expansion project. BC's NDP government says its hired "outside counsel" to keep fighting it-----because they dont feel its in the best interest of the province. Thats even though it was already given the green light by the feds, the National Energy Board and the former BC government. KinderMorgan has been told it has to properly consult with First Nations on the whole thing.
